Yes! Customisation is a key part of our process. You can modify existing plans or work with our design team to create a fully bespoke home from the ground up. You’ll choose everything from layout to finishes, fixtures, colours, and more.
What’s included in our pricing?
Our price includes:
Full construction of your home to completion
Standard inclusions (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, windows, etc.)
Licensed trades and site supervision
QBCC warranties and certifications
A full inclusions list is provided with every quote, and we offer upgrade packages for premium finishes or features.
How long does it take to build a new home?
On average, new home builds take 24–32 weeks, depending on site conditions, design complexity, weather, and council approvals. We’ll give you a clear build timeline and keep you updated every step of the way.
Do I need to own land before building?
No. We can help you find and secure land or build on a block you already own.
Do you take care of council approvals and permits?
Yes. We handle all council approvals, building permits, and compliance documents on your behalf. Our team works closely with town planners and certifiers to ensure your home is legally approved and ready to build.
Can I see the home during construction?
Yes. We encourage you to schedule walkthroughs at key stages of the build (such as frame, lock-up, and completion). Safety and supervision will be managed by your site supervisor.
How do progress payments work?
Your contract will include a fixed-price payment schedule linked to key construction milestones:
- Deposit
- Slab/Base
- Frame
- Roof on
- Lock-up
- Fixing
- Practical Completion
Note: Payment schedule meets HIA contract standards and is backed by QBCC home warranty insurance.
Do your homes come with a warranty?
Yes. Every home includes:
Structural warranty: 6 years 9 months
Workmanship warranty: 12 months
Manufacturer warranties: Varies from 12month to 25 years depending on what element of the build
Can you build on a sloping or difficult block?
Yes. Our team is experienced in building on sloping, narrow, or irregular blocks. We can advise on earthworks, retaining walls, split-level designs, and cost-effective solutions tailored to your land.
What should I budget for site costs?
Site costs vary depending on land slope, soil type, access, and location. We conduct a full site inspection, survey and soil test early in the process and provide you with a fixed price siteworks quote — no surprises later.
Do you offer energy-efficient or sustainable home options?
Absolutely. We offer a range of sustainable upgrades, including:
- Solar and battery systems
- Energy-efficient appliances
- Double glazing
- Insulation upgrades
- Rainwater tanks
Our homes are designed to meet the NCC 7-Star energy rating requirement
Can you help with interior design and selections?
Yes. Our clients enjoy a guided experience at our Style Studio, where you’ll work with our design team to choose finishes, colours, tapware, tiles, flooring, and more. All to suit your taste and budget.
What happens if there are delays during construction?
While we aim to stick to your timeline, unexpected delays (e.g. weather, material shortages) can occur. We communicate weekly with our Client’s to keep you informed and work to minimise any impact on your move-in date.
