Every home we create is a one-of-a-kind response to your lifestyle, your block and your budget. Whether you are building a first home on a suburban block, planning a knock down and rebuild in the suburb you love, creating an investment property through your SMSF or working with a Narrow Lot Block such as those in Keperra at the Oasis or creating Split 40m Blocks that work we are the specialist in our field, we work with you to create something truly tailored.
We specialise in custom single, double and triple storey homes on suburban blocks, knock down and rebuild blocks, and SMSF and investment homes with exceptional expertise in narrow split blocks We also bring innovative modular and social housing solutions to support the wider housing crisis, delivering rapid-deployment housing infrastructure for governments, organisations and private clients.
Every project we build is engineered for Queensland performance: NatHERS-compliant design, white COLORBOND roofs to reflect our harsh sun, TRUECORE steel framing for strength and termite resistance, and proper insulation, glazing and shading to keep you comfortable year-round. We use low-maintenance claddings and build to local bushfire and wind ratings where required.

We develop the Preliminary Service Agreement to coordinate plans, engineering, energy reports and approvals to create a home that works for you,
3 Selections & Transparent Pricing
Realistic allowances, clear inclusions and guided selections, colour choice with custom upgrade options available at your request.
No overwhelm, no smoke and mirrors, just honest pricing and choices that work for your budget.
4 Contract, Construction & Handover
We will then provide a tender price contract. A QBCC-licensed build, quality checks at every stage delivering peace of mind and exceptional quality on every home.
