At The Markon Group (Homes by Markon), we design and build homes that start with you, not a catalogue plan. Every home we create is a one-of-a-kind response to your lifestyle, your block and your budget. We specialise in custom homes on suburban blocks, knock down and rebuilds, and SMSF and investment homes. We also bring innovative modular and social housing solutions to support the wider housing crisis, delivering rapid-deployment housing infrastructure for governments, organisations and private clients.
Every project we build is engineered for Queensland performance: NatHERS-compliant design, white COLORBOND roofs to reflect our harsh sun, TRUECORE steel framing for strength and termite resistance, and proper insulation, glazing and shading to keep you comfortable year-round. We use low-maintenance claddings and build to local bushfire and wind ratings where required.
