How Our Co-Design Process Works
We’ve built a process that’s interactive, practical, and even fun.
Step 1: Discovery Call
We get to know your land (or help you find it), your preferred area, budget, and timeline. From there, you can choose how you’d like to meet us:
- We can come to your home for an initial consultation, or
- You can visit us at our offices in Browns Plains.

Step 2: Lifestyle Mapping
First home? Next chapter? Multi-gen living? We explore what matters most to you now and in the future.
Step 3: Wish List & Priorities
Bedrooms, bathrooms, media room, home office, alfresco, pool vs garden, single or double storey. We map it all.
Step 4: Smart Planning & Feasibility
We refine ideas to suit your block, breezes, sunlight, privacy, council requirements, and budget.
Step 5: Concept Design & Refine
Our team presents floorplans and facade concepts. You provide input, we polish.
Step 6: Fixed-Scope Proposal
Transparent inclusions, realistic allowances, clear timeline. No surprises.
